We ship for free in Continental US- all normal sized packages. We ship USPS using first class and priority mail depending on the weight of the item and all items come with a tracking number. Some items will be shipped from Fedex or UPS if it is more cost effective.
If customer is requesting overnight shipping, they will pay for that service.
